Keira Brooks (10)

I nominate Keira Brooks who is our community officer at St. Peter's Secondary School. She is a compassionate, hardworking professional who we are blessed to have serve our community.

Andrea Lamothe

I nominate Andrea Lamothe. I have known Andrea since we were 18 years old, when she first started at OPS. She is the first person to go above and beyond in her work and never say no to helping out in any way.

Derek Boyce

I nominate Derek Boyce as my police hero. Derek has spent the past several years in the special victims unit and has had to deal with some of the worst possible criminals and situations that anyone could possibly imagine. He does so with the utmost of caring and concern for the victims.

Amy Finn (9)

I nominate Officer Amy Finn of the Chatham Kent Police Service for the hero award for the following reason(s). Amy is always available to everyone any time of the day or night to assist you. If you need police assistance or a caring ear to listen to you, or merely some guidance, Amy is there from beginning to end.

Michael is the most sincere, down to earth, kind and loving family man, and an outstanding Police Officer. He is always there for everyone to help out in every situation and lend a hand when ever and where ever possible. He expects nothing in return.

Michael Allison (4)

I have known Mike for over 6 years. He started out as a paramedic and moved into law enforcement. His career choices have been dedicated to helping people, which we all know can be very challenging. He is always calm, cool and fair, as well as a devoted husband and father...a fine example, and what the public would expect of a police officer.

Brian Mitchell (6)

I am proud to nominate Constable Brian Mitchell of the York Regional Police as Police Hero of the year. It takes strength and courage to stand up for your rights in a time of diversity, and he demonstrates these qualities by contributing to the community. Brian has dedicated his life to lobbying on behalf of the LBGTQ community.

Matt Dupuis (3)

I got to meet Matt when he was assigned to be a member of the Santa Claus Parade Committee as the liason for Cornwall Police Services. Over the years I have seen the passion Matt has when dealing with children. He jumps in whenever he can and creates fun for everyone involved.
