I nominate Officer Amy Finn of the Chatham Kent Police Service for the hero award for the following reason(s). Amy is always available to everyone any time of the day or night to assist you. If you need police assistance or a caring ear to listen to you, or merely some guidance, Amy is there from beginning to end. 

Amy has impacted the lives of so many of our youth and encouraged them to be all that they can be, including my life as an adult. Amy respects and takes pride in her work, but the best part is Amy loves, respects and has great pride in the people of Chatham Kent. Amy has created a bridge between the community and the police. Amy is embraced by our community and not feared or treated badly because she is an officer. Amy's legacy as an officer will live on throughout Chatham's history and continue through her fellow officers.
