Todd is a very fine person who I have known for 30+ years. I was best friends with his Dad... I've never had a better friend and sadly he left too soon. But when I see Todd, his Dad comes to me, and I reassure Terry that I keep an eye on him. We can all be proud of Todd Bennett. He is the best person to represent our fine city.
