I would like to nominate Michael Allison for this award as I can attest to his strength of character and compassion are a core part of who he is in every aspect of life. As his daughter, I can say with pride that he truly takes the "To serve and protect" mantra to heart. 

His work ethic and dedication to the people around him has been present for as long as I can remember; seeking no other validation than the pride of a job well done. Whether this means long nights or early mornings, he'd rather lose sleep over making sure a case has been brought to justice than to put in less than 100%. This is just a snapshot of the many positive attributes that not only show what a great role model he is, but also have helped me become the woman I am today.
