I would like to nominate Halton Regional Police Service Constable Jacqueline Ross for this award. Jacquie has been a very influential person in my life, and has been since the first day I met her! I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this award because of the hard work she puts into making our community a better place. She strives on making those around her feel safe and loved, and has always made both my sister and I feel very important and valued within the community. 

Jacquie is the reason I have chosen to go into a career involving Law and Justice, and I am currently completing my placement at the same police force as her! I couldn’t imagine being where I am today, and having this amazing opportunity if I didn’t have Jacquie guiding me and helping me reach my goals! I am so grateful to have such an influential and amazing person in my life. She is so deserving of this award, because she has shown determination and courage with every step she faces. I am so happy to nominate Jacquie for this award, she is so deserving of this and will continue to show perseverance for years to come!
