I have known Evan for over 30 years. I have watched him grow up to be the man he is today. I believe someone who is serving as a police officer is not only keeping our communities safe, but also represents the police force in the community. Evan is calm, a quick thinker, intelligent, selfless, positive, and genuine. 

Evan demonstrates all of these qualities and strength in both his personal life and in his role as a police officer. These personality traits are ideal for a police officer to be well respected, a role model for youth of the next generation (seeing his interaction with the kids with programs he runs it is obvious they look up to him & he is making a difference in their lives) and a great contribution to any community. We are very lucky that Evan chose this career path and to have him as a police officer.
