I nominate Cale Armstrong. He puts in long hours at work and never complains about his job. He goes to work and does what he has to in order to keep people safe. I often hear him talk about how being kind, patient and courteous to the public goes along way. He has pride that he can make a person’s day.
Whenever people see a police officer they often get their back up. They expect the worst, however he manages to get them to have a better day. They see him as fair and supporting. If you were to check his file you will see many accolades from personnel and citizens commenting on his behaviour and good policing.
