I just wanted to give credit where it's due. Constable Ben Pike is the cream of the crop. He is a leader within the organization. Not only does he always come to work with a smile on his face, but he is in his element the most when he is helping others. He is our hero because policing to him is a lifestyle, not simply a job. He is always willing to help anyone. 

Ben is a member of the Public Order Unit. His leadership hasn't gone unnoticed. He was recently promoted to a team leader - a spot typically reserved for Sergeants. His peers see him as someone to emulate and someone to get advice from. He never asks for kudos or 'pats on the back' but I believe that this time it is due. Way to go Ben! Your hard work hasn't gone unnoticed! You are a hero to all of us!
