Officer Scott Dargie is kind, caring, and compassionate. No matter who you are or where you come from, he treats everybody equal. He doesn't ask you about your day because it's his job, he asks you because he truly cares about you. When you are talking to him, he makes you feel like you're on top of the world, like you're a superstar.
