Jennifer Camden (3)

I nominate Jennifer Camden as she is a dedicated dispatcher who gives her all at work to ensure the safety of our community. Jen also trains many officers every year. She is an extremely caring and responsible individual who enjoys working with her team. As a wife and mom of three children, she does it all! Jen loves her job and takes great pride in serving the Niagara area!

I would like to nominate my wife Jennifer for the Police Hero Award as there has not been a day in our 20+ years together that she has taken her job for granted... her dedication to her Police Family goes above and beyond as their safety is a priority every shift!!

Steve Wilson

I actually met Steve online via Twitter. He was acting Inspector for the South Simcoe Police at the time, and being a supporter of Police depts, I retweeted and liked a lot of his posts. He and others at SSPS decided to volunteer their time to put together a Citizens Police Academy.

Greg Stephenson

I nominate Greg Stephenson for Hero of the Year. Greg is not only the president of the Thunder Bay Police Association and has dedicated most of his career to the members of the TBPA, he has also been the face and volunteer in the Community leading the annual Cops for Cancer and the Annual Christmas Parade of Lights.

I have had the opportunity, on many occasions, to watch and be a part of Officer Ryan & Lincoln's interactions with patients, family members and staff at St. Joseph's Healthcare. He is always willing to go out of his way to make someone's day that much better! He always puts a smile on everyone's face and makes them forget about their problems for that moment in time. He & Lincoln are true heroes!

Neal Orlando

I would like to nominate Sgt Neal Orlando for his dedication to the protection of both the public and the team to which he is attached. As well he has over the years initiated and participated in numerous community events and projects, always with enthusiasm and concern for those being served.

Shaun Beaulieu

Shaun was in charge of Sault Ste Marie's Winter Games for the Special Olympics this year. He did a fantastic job and everything ran smoothly because of his dedication to the Special Olympics athletes.
