Laura Wells is an absolute asset to her Police Service. She demonstrates her commitment to her community by always looking for ways to give back. 

Laura approached Square One Shopping Centre in 2016 as the Community Liaison Officer and we worked with her to develop our Lost and Found diversion program that provided new unclaimed items to a local Women's shelter. She is no longer the liaison officer, but she continues to be involved in the Toys for Tots campaign, Big Sisters and Big Brothers program, to name a few. Laura always makes time for her community partnerships and is a role model for all those that have the pleasure of working with her.
