I nominate Ian Jarvis - he won the heart and trust of my 4 year old granddaughter, which is very hard to do because of her situation. She does not have a lot trust in people, and we were very doubtful that she would even talk or stay with him by herself, but he made her very comfortable. 

He went into kid mode and played with her, gave her a teddy bear (they named Rockstar), which she still carries, gave her balloons and showed her an aquarium. Now she asks to go to police station. He is a very gentle man with a lot of heart and respect. I was very comfortable when he was interviewing us, he was very compassionate about the situation, very easy to talk with, and he explained everything very clearly. We need a lot more people and officers like him in this world!!
