Dave Stewart changed my entire view of the police force. He is kind, compassionate and went completely out of his way to help me in a difficult time. He is close to retirement and deserves recognition for his beautiful soul. The force needs more men like this to bring back faith to our communities and youth who struggle with law enforcement.
