Several months ago, Caroline's neighbour knocked on her door at home when their son stopped breathing. They were in shock and couldn't get any words out and just handed her their limp son. Caroline went into action, assessed the boy, started chest compression's, and instructed the parents to dial 911. She saved him - he was breathing by the time the paramedics got there. If it hadn't been for Constable McLean, I don't know that he would have survived.
